PI-TB Assembly Early Career Recognition Award
This award is given to an PI-TB member (primary or secondary) with exemplary support and commitment to PI-TB (and ATS), advancing the mission, and with potential or recognized contribution(s) to the PI-TB Assembly in the area(s) of research, clinical care, teaching, or service (not necessarily leadership). Individuals for consideration will include persons in-training, Instructor, or early Assistant Professor (or Instructor or Assistant Professor equivalent) and <10 years from completing postdoctoral training.
PI-TB Assembly Mid-career Peer Recognition Award
This award is given to an PI-TB member (primary or secondary) with clear commitment to PI-TB (and ATS), advancing the mission, and with demonstrated meaningful contribution(s) to the PI-TB Assembly in the area of research, clinical care, teaching or service (may include leadership). Individuals for consideration will include persons at the late Assistant Professor or Associate Professor (or Assistant or Associate Professor equivalent) and >10 <20 years from completing postdoctoral training.
PI-TB Assembly Senior-level Recognition Award
This award is given to an PI-TB member (primary or secondary) with clear commitment to MTPI (and ATS), advancing the mission, and with demonstrated significant and meaningful contribution(s) to the PI-TBI Assembly in the area of research, clinical care, teaching, mentoring or service (may include leadership). Individuals for consideration will include persons at the Associate or Professor (or Assoc or Professor equivalent) level, and >20 years from completing postdoctoral training.
ATS Abstract Scholarships
ATS offers a limited number of abstract scholarships. These scholarships are awarded to individuals based on the quality of abstracts submitted as reviewed by the Assembly Program Committees. The number of scholarships given varies from year to year, based on the amount of funds secured.
