Mentoring Program

PR Mentoring Program

"My mentee and I met and had a wide-ranging discussion about creating research partnerships, being a woman on the tenure track, and grant-writing. It helped me reflect on my own career as well, and I now have a new colleague in the process!" - Pat Camp, PT, MS, PhD

"Despite time zone difference, my mentor and I met virtually on several occasions. Those meetings were instrumental in helping me understand the Pulmonary Rehab Assembly structure, committees and work process.  We discussed research opportunities and other possibilities of involvement within the ATS PR assembly. As a mentee the above had helped me not only reflect and build on my growth within the ATS and in my career but also be blessed with new colleagues in the process." Francois Abi Fadel M.D.”

The Pulmonary Rehabilitation Mentoring Program is being offered again in 2021 – and we need your help to make it a success!

Have you ever worked in pulmonary rehab? Written a paper? Applied for a grant? Or do you want to? Are you new to the world of pulmonary rehab? Trying to start a program? Work out a direction for your career? Secure grant funding?

If you answered YES to any of the above - you sound like the perfect person to participate in the ATS PR Assembly Mentoring Program - either as a Mentor, Mentee or Both!

Please complete the survey at the bottom of this page to be included in this program. Once you have been paired, you will be notified via e-mail.
