Early Career Professionals Working Group

Mission Statement

The mission of the AII Early Careers Professionals Working Group (ECP WG) is to promote career development for post-doctoral fellows and early career faculty (Ph.D. and M.D.) in pulmonary and critical care medicine.

Objectives

  1. To develop and share content and resources that promote career development.
  2. To foster connections between fellows/early career faculty and senior faculty members.
  3. To recruit and retain members of the AII Assembly.
